Ingredients
- 1 Piece Lavash
- ½ C Prepared Hummus
- 2 Tbsp Vitalite Cream Cheese
- 4 slices Vitalite Mozzarella
- 1 Zucchini, grilled and sliced
- 1 Yellow Squash, grilled and sliced
- 4 stalks asparagus, grilled
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- Handful of Mixed Greens
Directions
- Combine hummus with cream cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay down lavash and cover center with 4 slices of Vitalite Plant Based Mozzarella.
- Spread generously with the hummus/cream cheese mixture.
- Top with variety of grilled veggies, tomato, cucumber and mixed greens.
- Wrap and Enjoy!
