Ingredients
- 2 - 9 oz ctr. Vitalite Cream Cheese
- 1 ½ C Powdered Sugar
- ½ C of Chocolate Ganache
- ½ C Peanut Butter
- For the Ganache:
- 12 oz Semisweet (vegan) Chocolate Chips
- ½ C Almond Milk
Directions
- Combine the ingredients for the ganache in a double boiler and heat until chocolate has melted. Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside to cool completely.
- While the ganache cools, combine the cream cheese, peanut butter and powder sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Fold in ganache and chill for an hour.
- Pipe frosting onto vegan cupcakes or brownies and serve immediately.
