Plant-Based Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 - 9 oz ctr. Vitalite Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ C Powdered Sugar
  • ½ C of Chocolate Ganache
  • ½ C Peanut Butter

  • For the Ganache:
  • 12 oz Semisweet (vegan) Chocolate Chips
  • ½ C Almond Milk

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients for the ganache in a double boiler and heat until chocolate has melted. Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside to cool completely.
  2. While the ganache cools, combine the cream cheese, peanut butter and powder sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in ganache and chill for an hour.
  4. Pipe frosting onto vegan cupcakes or brownies and serve immediately.
